Refund Policy
Effective date: June 3, 2025
This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which ConstruTrack will issue refunds for paid subscriptions. By subscribing to the Pro plan, you agree to this policy.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the ConstruTrack Pro plan, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions at the time of first payment.
To request a refund within this window, email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request” and include the email address associated with your account. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
2. No Refunds After 7 Days
Refund requests made more than 7 days after the initial purchase date will not be honored. This applies to:
- Monthly subscription renewals
- Annual subscription renewals
- Upgrades from Free to Pro after the initial 7-day window
- Partial months or unused periods of a subscription
3. Cancellations
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation, and you will not receive a refund for the remaining period.
4. Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds outside the standard 7-day window in cases of:
- Extended service outages (more than 72 consecutive hours) caused by our infrastructure
- Duplicate charges caused by a billing error on our side
- Other exceptional circumstances evaluated on a case-by-case basis
Refund exceptions are evaluated individually and are not guaranteed. Contacting us does not guarantee a refund.
5. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times vary by payment provider but typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. ConstruTrack does not issue refunds in the form of account credits or alternative payment methods.
